Q. Where is my drain line?
A. Drain line is not included with systems as every installation is different and will require different lengths, styles, and sizes of drain line.
Q. What kind of drain line should I use?
A. If you drain line will be less than 15 ft, a high quality, non-collapsible flexible tubing with an inside diameter of 1/2" should be sufficient. For lengths over 15 ft a 3/4" inside diameter line is recommended. The fitting on most residential control heads is 1/2" FNPT and most hardware stores will carry fittings to connect to your drain line of choice.
Q. I have more than one system, can I tie all the drains together?
A. NO. Each system will need it's own dedicated drain line. Drain lines can all be ran to the same drain pipe/floor drain/overflow/air gap, but most plumbing codes prohibit tying drain lines together.
